Condition Disclaimer: All used vehicles should be assumed to have some degree of wear. We do not manufacture the product. Each vehicle brand has its strengths, styles, tendencies, and shortcomings. Therefore, despite our best efforts to verify a vehicle's mechanical condition, we are not able to warranty a manufacturer’s workmanship or a previous owner’s diligence in care. It is for this reason that all vehicles are sold "AS IS". We are not a service facility and there are no mechanical guarantees expressed or implied. The advertised mileage represents the actual miles when the car was advertised. These vehicles are test driven and actual mileage may differ at time of sale.

Fees and Payments: A $500 non-refundable deposit by Electronic Bank Wire Transfer, Certified Bank Check / Cashier's Check, Money Order and/or Credit Card is required within 24 hours to hold the car for a maximum of 7 days. Upon purchase of vehicle, the deposit will be applied to the bill of sale and deducted from the bottom line. (NO CASH REFUNDS ON DEPOSITS). Tax, title and license fees will be charged to Pennsylvania residents. Out of state buyers are responsible for registering the vehicle and paying the sales taxes in their home state. We can assist with delivery anywhere in the US at buyer's expense. All vehicles are available for inspection during normal business hours, and we can assist in locating an independent inspection service. All vehicles are for sale locally and we reserve the right to end the auction early if the vehicle is sold. We only accept Certified Bank Checks / Cashier's Checks and Electronic Bank Wire Transfers as final payment. If customer chooses the payment plan, a 20% restocking fee applies (inquire within).  Jurisdiction is in Indiana, Pennsylvania.
